One to One Yoga sessions at TOPs Physio, Summertown, are now available on

Tuesday afternoons. these are 1 hour long and will be tailored to suit your needs

and level of experience. Please either book directly with TOPS or by contacting

NEW BEGINNERS CLASS Monday 18:00-19.15 booking essential.  

VENUE: The Club House, North Oxford Golf Club, Banbury Road,

Cost : £12 drop in, £10 when booking a block of 5. Requires advance

booking here or by calling Summertown Clinic on 01865 558561.

(NB: The Golf Club is in a different location than the Summertown Clinic)

A class for complete beginners, taught in a lovely studio with beautiful

views across the golf course. Mats and equipment are available at the

studio.



General level class, Monday 19:30-21.00 booking essential.

This is a general level/improvers class taught in a lovely studio with

Intermediate class Wednesday 19:40-21.10 

Cost £15 drop in, block booking savings available.

Intermediate class. This class is suitable for anyone who has been practicing for

3 or more years and is looking to improve their practice. The class is held

in a beautiful studio at TOPS Physio. Mats and equipment are available at the

studio.



Beginners/Improvers class Friday 13:40-15.10

Cost £15 drop in, block booking savings available

This improvers class is suitable for those still newer to yoga or

anyone coming back to yoga after a break, or simply looking for a gentler class.

The class is held in a beautiful studio at TOPS Physio. Mats and equipment are 

available at the studio.


 

General/Intermediate class Saturday 10am-11.30am - booking essential

Restorative class at TOPS Physio: Fridays 3.30-5pm. £15 drop in.
